comprehensive monthly accounting of all financial activity of the association
including all revenue, expenditures and delinquent accounts.

board of directors in annual budget preparation through detailed analysis of
previous fiscal years' activities and anticipated cost increases and/or special
projects.
- Communication
with property owners and accepting owner requests and processing them
accordingly to their nature such as bookkeeping, maintenance, rule compliance
or general information.

24-hour emergency maintenance service for emergencies that threaten life or
property.
- Receiving
correspondence to the Board and responding according to the
urgency.
